Our Seaside Villa Rotary Park is located directly -as the name suggests- at the beautiful Rotary Park. Enjoy the calmness of the park directly behind the house in the tree swing. In just a few minutes you can walk to the Tarpon Point Marina with its restaurants.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a TV and direct access to the master bathroom and pool area. The pool can be heated by solar if desired. One of the guest bedrooms also has direct access to the pool area.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator including water and ice dispenser, a microwave, and a dishwasher. It is also equipped with all the utensils and spices needed for cooking with the whole family.

Of course, the two bicycles belonging to the house may be used free of charge.
