Relax with your family or friends in the large and, thanks to all-round fly screens, mosquito-free pool area. Here you will find sun and relaxation at any time of the year. Our usual standard is the weekly inspection of the heated pool with subsequent spa (whirlpool). So an excellent water condition is always guaranteed. In addition, a shower is available in the outdoor area.

The covered outdoor dining area with ceiling fan is ideal for a sunset dinner. Deckchairs for relaxing and sunbathing as well as a large gas barbecue leave nothing to be desired.

Below the pool area is the boat deck. A rental boat can easily be added to the villa if required. Please contact us for suitable offers. From there it takes only a few minutes by boat to the Gulf of Mexico and the dream beaches of many islands. Thanks to the perfect location of this villa, a longer trip through the numerous canals and the associated crossing of locks is not necessary.
