Our Seaside Villa Rose Garden meets the highest standards in many aspects. The property is situated in one of the best locations in Cape Coral, overlooking a very wide, south-facing saltwater canal.

The entrance area flows seamlessly into the living area and the elegant dining area, which is visually separated by pillars.

Naturally, Villa Rose Garden is equipped with a television and intercom system. The living room has a Bose sound system with ALEXA control. All televisions receive German television and Sky programs. All German programs can also be watched time-shifted.

Our kitchen is equipped with all the amenities a household needs. Dishwasher, oven, stove with ceramic hob, microwave, blender, fridge and freezer with ice machine, coffee machine and toaster, glasses, crockery and cutlery as well as tupperware containers for your food are sufficiently available.

The dining counter with bar stools offers plenty of space for a quick snack or a cup of coffee. You can enjoy the unique view of the pool and the canal from the living and kitchen area as well as from the bedrooms.

Villa Rose Garden has two equal master bedrooms with extra-wide king-size beds.

All bedrooms have walk-in closets and ample mirrors. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-size sofa bed.

Both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV, which also receives German television.

Both bedrooms have a view of the pool and the wide canal.

The two bathrooms each have two fitted marble washbasins with vanity units and a full-length mirror surface. The shower cubicles are generously sized. One of the bathrooms is also equipped with a whirlpool.

A separate guest WC is available for guests.

The terrace is the most used "room" in Florida. The terrace and pool area are protected from small animals by a screen. The terrace is also equipped with a gas barbecue, plenty of sun loungers, tables, chairs, parasols and an outdoor shower.

The pool is heated by a heat pump and is therefore ideal for swimming all year round.

The location

Villa Rose Garden is situated in one of the best locations in Cape Coral on the saltwater canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. There is no need to pass through a lock. The terrace faces south.
