Andrea is an accounting assistant by trade. After working in that field for several years, Andrea went to college and received an engineering degree in city planning. She is also a certified real estate business administrator.

Once she arrived in Florida, Andrea acquired her real estate license and later also her broker license. Since then, she has been working in the Cape Coral area as a REALTOR®/Broker.

Based on her professional qualifications, Andrea’s job at Seaside includes business management and real estate sales.

MABEL RUSCH

Mabel is originally from Cuba and has a doctorate degree in medicine. She is fluent in English, Spanish and German.

At Seaside, Mabel handles the customer bookkeeping, amongst other things.
